Try for a Day form
Riders can come and try out what it is like to be a member of our club. Before we can accept a rider at our club for the day, there is paperwork that needs to be completed for legal and insurance purposes. Download the form below and fill it in after arranging a 'Try for a Day' session with the DC and/or Secretary of the Club. Their details can be found in 'contacts'. Please also note that we have to charge a small fee of $20.00 to cover the insurance and also part pay for the instructors the rider will have for the day.

New members need to apply for membership of Dandenong Ranges Horse and Pony Club. To do this, potential members should download the forms below and send them to our treasurer, who is also our membership officer. At present there is a waiting list for membership. Places will be given to riders in order of application and also when a suitable position comes up. (Sometimes riders who have been on the waiting list less time that others will be offered a position first because their age and riding capabilities better suit the position that has become available).
Parents of riders need to be aware that there is now a requirement by PCAV that they hold a working with Children card. This is free to obtain and forms can be accessed at the Post Office. As soon as you know your number please let one of the members of the committee know.
